Vegan Gluten-Free Banana/Cranberry bread

This recipe is based off of a very basic banana bread recipe I have used many time but it uses gluten-free rolled oats as the flour base and flax meal and water as the “egg” replacement.  In addition I have always enjoyed the strange, yet tasty, flavor combination of the sweet banana and tangy cranberries; it just somehow works.  This recipe has 11 ingredients and requires very minimal baking skills.  I hope you enjoy.
